Unlike many people, existence is not a trial to be endured or a torment to be endured, but an experience to be lived to the full. During our journey, we are confronted with situations and events that are designed to make us more responsible and more involved in building our future. But as these situations and events are highly charged emotionally, these emotions tend to corrupt our lucidity and influence our decisions and choices. Choosing has never been easy for anyone; it's always a moment of intense reflection and tension. Tensions with ourselves, fuelled by the fear of making the wrong choices, or of making choices whose consequences we would not be able to live with. And yet, despite these apparent tensions, a choice has to be made...
Whatever happens and whatever the circumstances, at least once in their lives everyone should question themselves about things that are closely related to their own personal development. And asking these questions doesn't mean expecting immediate answers; it's a way of feeding our subconscious with an energy capable of driving real change and profound transformation. However, to become the best version of yourself, you need a technique, a learning process and an indomitable will to power fuelled by this burning desire for knowledge. We have come to realise that what hurts humanity most is not suffering nor illness nor weakness nor fear, but the lack of awareness of our true potential.
Life, death, pain, suffering in all its forms, calamities, betrayals... in short, everything that stands in the way of human flourishing is not in itself an inevitability, but a profound expression of the call to flourish and blossom. Overcoming pain means being able to admit that it exists and to understand how it plays a crucial role in our development and fulfilment. If pain doesn't teach us faith and resilience, the lanterns of our minds will never open. If pain didn't make our humanity manifest, our emotions would remain imprisoned in our innermost depths.
Does this mean that we should worship pain to the point of foolishly running into it? Far from that, the point is to show the significance of pain in the lives of all those who decide to follow a transformational process from their state of mediocrity to excellence, or from their state of profound scarcity to abundance. Our whole life is a transformational process, and only those who submit to the demands of life, while keeping an eye on the future ahead, will be able to reap the rewards of being different. The Chairman & Founder of Academy Twenty One gave an extraordinary training session in Pointe Noire, Congo, as part of the second world tour organised by the A21 ANNUAL CELEBRATION and the A21 LEADER CAMP in March 2025. During his speech, he spoke on themes focusing on Personal Development, Leadership, Finance, the Family, current affairs and the realities of the business world in Africa and beyond. The aim is to make every member of the organisation he heads aware of, and responsible for, the challenges facing the entire world.
Equipping everyone with an international mindset and an in-depth understanding of the realities of the business world in this fast-moving century was a necessity from which he could not shirk. Backing up each of his arguments with concrete examples and analogical figures, he delivered, in the simplest and most comprehensible language possible, a high-level Master-Class that quenched the participants' thirst for knowledge and created in them a trigger enabling them to change paradigms and take charge of their lives. However, two hours is not enough time to make such radical decisions, reason why he invited them to experience an indescribable A21 ORIENTATION the following day, with him at the helm. The road to success is built cobble by cobble and furrow by furrow. You have to believe in your dreams, they will light up your mind; you have to believe in A21 and it will lead to the realisation of those dreams.
