This is the first step in the leadership process at A21. The requirement is to be the head of an organization of at least 15 Distributors, including:

• 5 Platinum or Diamond en Direct Sponsors
• 10 Distributors of all grades, Direct or Indirect Sponsor

NB : Periodicity; 30 days from the date of signature of the applicant for this grade.

This is the first Grade that officially recognizes the applicant as a representative of A21.

Applicants for the Ambassador grade must have about fifty distributors within a 60-day period, including:

• 10 Platinum or Diamond Direct Sponsors
• 5 Distributors in the (A) and (B) teams, who have already earned the Group Bonus
• 5 Depth Platinum in teams (A) and (B)
• 25 Distributors ao all grades in the (A) and (B) teams

This grade is the next step after Ambassador. To achieve it, the Ambassador must accompany at least 2 Distributors to become an Ambassador, i.e. 1 in each team (A and B) and sponsor 2 Platinum or Diamond Direct Sponsors during the process.

Leadership is the essence of A21. To this end, a Senior Ambassador is considered a pillar on which the A21 organization rests.

Requirements :

• Be an Executive Ambassador
• Build 2 Executive Ambassadors, 1 in each team (A and B)
• Sponsor 2 Platinum or Diamond Ambassadors during the process

Title awarded to the applicant who has demonstrated a real leadership process at A21. The Grand Ambassador is a true representative of the word of the A21 system support. He or she is required to demonstrate a high level of moral and social rigor.

This title gives him access to certain special Trainings and to premium information.

Conditions :

• Be a Senior Ambassador
• Build 2 Senior Ambassadors, 1 in each team (A and B)
• ponsor 2 Platinum or Diamond Ambassadors during the process

Prestigious title awarded to a Grand Ambassador who has helped and accompanied 2 Senior Ambassadors (one in each A and B team) to become a Grand Ambassador and sponsored 2 Platinum or Diamond Direct Sponsors during the process

This is the crowning achievement of long-term work focused on consistency and passion in guiding the members of his or her organization to success. The Grand Ambassador Star 2 is considered an A21 executive. They have access to key strategic meetings and a special seat at major events organized by A21.

• Be a Grand Ambassador Star 1
• Have 4 Grand Ambassadors in your organisation, i.e. 2 per team (A and B)
• Sponsor 2 Platinum or Diamond Ambassadors during the process

Achieving this Grade is the fruit of personal and professional achievement and the result of a relentless and arduous process. The Grand Ambassador Star 3 represents honour and presence. They are part of the top third and have access to major strategic meetings and a special seat at major events organized by A21.

• Be a Grand Ambassador Star 2
• Have 6 Grand Ambassadors in your organization, i.e. 3 per team (A and B)
• Sponsor 2 Platinum or Diamond Ambassadors during the process

8 Grand Ambassadors is the number of leaders required in your organization to have the immense satisfaction of benefiting from such recognition. The Grand Ambassador Star 4 is a leader with a wealth of experience, and what sets him or her apart is the desire to see others succeed. A real workhorse, he is the embodiment of Never Give Up. His title opens the doors to major strategic meetings and he occupies a special seat at major events organized by A21.

• Be a Grand Ambassador Star 3
• Have 8 Grand Ambassadors in your organization, i.e. 4 per team (A and B)
• Sponsor 2 Platinum or Diamond teams during the process

This is the last and most gratifying grade to which all A21 leaders aspire. This long, difficult and painful process of building leadership gives the Grand Ambassador Star 5 access to financial freedom and freedom of time. A true agent of change, he is a model of impact in the lives of several generations. Considered a master strategist by virtue of his process, he is one of the masterminds behind A21.

Of course, he has access to the major strategic meetings and has a special seat during major events organized by A21.

• Sponsor 2 Platinum or Diamond members during the process
