Many Congolese attended the A21 conference held on Saturday 05 August 2023 in Kinshasa. The Chairman, Dr Raoul Ruben, deemed important to find out more about this new academy, which boasts the same prerogatives but operates and approaches things differently. 

The term "Academy" refers first and foremost to a school, because it is in fact a university, an academy in which members will receive training on very specific themes (leadership, personal development, coaching, etc.). The richest men in the world will come and share their experience and their process with all those who want to reach the top using a proven and approved method. 

The values promoted are protection, unconditional love, coaching, support, help, diversity, multiculturalism, etc.
