NOTHING IS RANDOM, BUT A PERFECT AND INTELLIGENT PLANNING OF THE UNIVERSE.

The universe is the most intelligent, coherent and perfect thing there is. Science and all the great philosophies have taken off on the basis of existing models of the universe. Certain skyscrapers, certain means of transport and even certain ways of life are the result of our predecessors' in-depth observation of how the universe works. From the height of their experience, they have established links that allow curious people whose minds are not cramped to immerse themselves in the same pleasures to make the most of their existence.

On the evening of the great A21 RECOGNITION CEREMONY held in Yaoundé at the Palais des Congrès on 17 August, Chairman & Founder Dr Raoul Ruben retired with all the leaders of the A21 organisation to Douala at the Best Western Hotel for a three-day conclave, three days of intense training to strengthen their managerial skills. It was an experience like no other - you had to live it to tell the tale. What euphoria! What energy! What a way the Chairman communicated! His speeches focused mainly on the key values that characterise a true leader. You see, as a leader called upon to lead people or groups of people, you have to show a certain detachment so as not to succumb to the emotional weaknesses of your organisation.

One of the keys to making a lasting impact on the people you are called upon to lead is to apply the leadership dance. It consists of walking in front of the people you lead as a father or mentor, so that they can see where you are going, walking beside them as a friend, so that they can take part in the journey, and walking behind them as a guardian, so that you can observe the evolution or growth of the people you influence. And the dance of leadership is to do all three things at the same time. That is, you walk ahead as a father, you walk alongside as a friend and you walk behind as a guardian and empowering leader. These three days were much more than just training, they were like being in a camp and experiencing an extraordinary retreat. Or indeed, it was a retreat, a conscious preparation for greatness, an objective visualisation of the future, especially a very near future, namely February 2025, when the organisation plans the A21 ANNUAL CELEBRATION. 

There are circumstances when we don't need words to communicate, they would hinder the emotional flow that connects us to each other. This training session was beyond all expectations - a transfer of energy, a deep connection of an organization laying the groundwork for its future, and above all, an explosive opening onto the world. Without connecting with each other, it's impossible to see a community shine and flourish. The glue that binds each of these members together is, of course, the values that bring a singular flavor to everyone's life. Love, mutual aid, devotion, surpassing oneself, warrior spirit and fighting spirit, commitment and resilience are the values that give each member of this futuristic organization a unique sense of belonging.

It was a special moment, with the usual good-natured atmosphere, and it was impossible for the Chairman or any of the other participants to hold back their emotions or feelings. With shouts, screams, songs of joy and proclamations, everyone found their own way of expressing the euphoria that could not be held back or contained. And for good measure, Chairman & Founder Dr Raoul Ruben sealed this unforgettable moment by handing over the parchments, solemnly attesting that they are ready, equipped and equipped to face the next challenges in their march towards greatness. And so it was that the appointment was made for February 2025, the great rendezvous of the A21 ANNUAL CELEBRATION.
