In the evening of the A21 RECOGNITION CEREMONY held on February 3 at the Palais des Congrès, where over 2,500 people from more than 80 countries around the world were represented, A21 Chairman Dr Raoul Ruben retired for 3 days to a private conclave with all the leaders of his organization at the Hilton Hotel in Yaoundé for a training session, or at best a retreat, of the highest level.
A highly intense training session on psychological, emotional and even spiritual levels, it is reserved exclusively for members who have demonstrated a proven track record and irreproachable leadership.
It was the Chairman's opportunity to instill in all leaders the relevant keys for moving to a new level of leadership, in order to build an organization with impact in all its forms.
It was not easy to separate the euphoria and enthusiasm that marked these moments. But like ink in the soul, these moments were marked by an indelible imprint.
To ensure the standardization and duplication of a system, it's important to don the mantle of responsibility that requires you to draw information from the right source. And over the course of 3 days, the A21 organization's members were provided with vital information essential to the community's solidity.
Tailor-made training with a view to transforming and adjusting the paradigms of the organization's members, everything was set up so that everyone could see themselves in the mirror, understand their shortcomings and work on them for the days ahead.
Because with great power comes great responsibility, and one victory calls for another, the right attitude to adopt at the end of this conclave was to show dynamism by setting ourselves new challenges.
It was a unique, singular and unprecedented experience, for during these days the Chairman made a profound diagnosis of the realities of the organization today, rehashing old memories to enable everyone to know where we've come from so as to understand where we need to go in order to prepare for it. It was also an opportunity to pave the way for the next A21 ANNUAL CEREMONY.
